INJECTION MOULDING
Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts from thermoplastic materials. Granules are fed into a heated barrel, mixed and forced into a mould cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.
Injection moulding is widely used in manufacturing a variety of parts from the smallest of caps & closures to entire body panels of cars and vehicals.
Some advantages of injection moulding are high production rates, repeatable high tolerances, the ability to use a wide range of materials, low labour costs, minimal scrap losses and little need to finish parts after production.
We have Injection Moulding machines ranging from 100 Tonne to 180 Tonne capacity manufacturing all types of caps & closures that include, flip-top caps, tamper evident caps, caps for broad mouth containers/jars, caps that require core pulling arrangement and plugs.
